Toy and equipment rentals are available to members and non-members. Products ship within 1-2 days, once an order is confirmed.

How do I become a Member?
How do I place an order?
To order items:
- Step 1: Search for a Product
- Step 2: Add the product to the Cart
- Step 3: Login with your Member ID or continue as a non-member
- Step 4: Create an order form
- Step 5: If your order is successful, you will be provided with an order number
If you are a member, your order and order number will be saved automatically. If you are a non-member, be sure to note the order number in step 5. You will need this order number to track and view your order.
What happens if I damage a rental product?
Unless the product is intentionally damaged or lost, you are not liable for the damage to the product caused by your child. If a product is lost, you will be responsible for 70% of the product’s listed price.
How do I use my Shopping Cart?
Select [Order All Items] to order all the items in your cart.
To change the quantity of an item, select desired quantity and click the [Edit] button to save your changes. Click the [Continue Shopping] button to resume shopping.
Items that are saved to your cart will remain for seven days. After seven days, items in your cart will be cleared. You can re-add items at any time.
Use your Cart and Wish List to order items you want and save items for later.
How and when will I receive my order?
Delivery Method: Direct delivery
Delivery Time:1-2 days
Delivery Information: Items are delivered within 1-2 days after order confirmation.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is FREE for orders $30 and above,$10 delivery fee for all other orders.
Is delivery available in my area?
Young’s Toy Rent offers delivery to the following areas: San Diego, Chula Vista, El Cajon, Santee, Poway, Del Mar, La Jolla.
Can I exchange or return an item?
